Provides affordable housing for six people. Ecker Center uses one appartment as an office where mental health professionals are on site to help people succeed in living a more independant life. Your contributions help to maintain a safe place for these people to live and keep their rents at a manageable level.
Building #2
Five unit apartment building purchased in 2010. The building was upgraded with a new boiler and many of the units received new flooring or other upgrades. The Fox Valley Mental Health Foundation would like to give a special thanks to State Senator Michael Noland for his help in securing the funds to purchase and upgrade this building.

Building #3
Purchased in February of 2012, six unit apartment building. This building has been upgraded with a sprinkler and fire alarm system to provide a safe environment up to the standard we believe necessary. Expected to have affordable rents for nine residents who are also recieving services from the Ecker Center.

Building #4
In July of 2014 we purchased an eight unit apartment building conveniently down the road from building #3. Each apartment is a good size 2 bedroom unit. We upgraded the entire building by replacing the old carpeting with new vinyl flooring. This building current houses 14 people receiving services from the Ecker Center.
